Here's Chris' bike and the hawk he had. He let the hawk go but he still has the bike. He had the bird trained to attack jack rabbits. One day he made it attack a neighbor he didnt like and it fucking tore the homeboy's face up pretty good with its crazy talons and shit, just pecking away at him! Well, thats not true. I lied about the hawk attacking the guy. I had to come up with something exciting cause after Bird and Flynch's post about Basara MC - what the hell am I supposed to follow up with? Fuck... but anyway, the idea of owning a hawk is pretty choice!

In which I recomend a Great Book.

There is a great kids book called "My side of the Mountain" by Jean Craighead George about a boy who runs away from home to live in the Catskill Mountains in the 50's. The boy captures a baby Falcon and trains it and it becomes his best friend. I have been reading it to the kids every night and we are all glued to every word on the page.

It will inspire you to throw away everything but a hatchet and $40. and run away to the Mountains, (or the backyard in our case) surely to bring out the rugged individualist in every reader. My kids want to set up a Teepee in the living room now!

Ooo..make sure that you get the "o-zone" in that Teepee set up right...otherwise that fire that you start in there may not breathe correctly. Could get little smoky in the living room if you aren't careful.
Did you know that the largest
manufacturer of high quality Teepee's and primitave shelters lives just a little way from me? Don Strintz. Made every teepee in the movie Dances with wolves.
