This is my friend Jerry's Chief. The bike sports a stretched Scout girder, 21 and 16 wheels and tires, cut down Panhead tanks, and a gnarly stroker motor.
Jerry's the king of Seattle and has five of everything I've ever wanted- Old 40's hill climb and flat track bikes, real period hot rods, nuts-o Art Deco bicycles built from polished aluminum octagon tubing, a chopped windmill, a lovely prosthestic limb collection, midget and giant acquaintances, and other good stuff. 
When the weather breaks we're swapping bikes for a ride sometime. I'm stoked!
