With gas prices still high and the country in an economic crisis, its a real good time to start commuting regularly on a motorcycle. If these folks are doing it daily, so can you!



If you haven't gotten one already, do it. Buy anything with a motor on two wheels. It doesn't have to be vintage, it doesn't have to be anything. Trust me, you'll love it. You could die in a car crash, die in a plane crash. Ride motorcycles - the exhilaration is free.

The bad news is that the Honda Cub-like thing (125 cc, fuel injection) is probably the most frugal of them all. If you absolutely, positively have to ride in style, an old low-comp English thumper is the next best thing, as in 80 mpg when ridden in a gently way..
