Yup. Off topic Sunday... but this was from last Sunday. We usually keep pretty busy at our house. Always try to get everything done in one day. Work hard - play hard! We went to go get free mulch in San Pedro:
It's just right over the bridge from where we're at in Long Beach:
I always wonder if I'll spot Mike Watt in San Pedro, cruising around in a van or something. I never seen him.
Mulch is stinky but good for our plants. Don't get mulch stuck to your shoes before you get back inside the truck:
After getting the mulch back and hauling it around the yard and mulching it up, we called Cant Stay Jose. He actually lives 2 blocks away from me, so that's why you see him a lot on here. Anyway we called him and cruised over another 2 blocks to the Puka Bar. We heard there was gonna be a band playing and a car show, so we pedaled over and checked it out:
It was packed. Too much excitement for me.
I had to get a couple of shots for you guys though.
Went to the PBS Pub next door. Place was nearly empty. It's a beer bar, no cocktails. Wah. I treated myself to a coca-cola and we played pool. Game lasted forever because we don't play pool much.
Always around this time I wonder where my Saturday went.
