I don't know what bike, but it looks like an old suzuki wheel, like a 400 single cylinder. The ones I saw were gold colored. They were some cool wheels, especially for standard equipment.
This one was on an Aermacchi/HD
Thats a Suzuki GS wheel.
Yep Suzuki GS, the split melba style ones were cooler
