Here is another and better photo of the best lookin' FX swingarm chopper ever. Thanx Panhead John! I read somewhere this bike was built and owned by Bill Butz from Omaha. Less is more!
I'm pretty sure the guy who owned it was Bill Baltz, from Boulder, Colorado, and he based it on a '75 FL.
Too bad you don't have a shot of the other side, he has the stock inner and outer primaries on it, with the electric start bumps shaved off, and filled in.
I found the issue of easyriders that had the article in it. It is the 1990 april issue. The owner is indeed Bill Baltz and at that time he was living in Wahoo, Nebraska or so they wrote.
