The MC Outsiders from Portland Oregon en Tacoma Washington used to party at the American Stonehenge. The Parties were wild and unpredicatable. Patchholders from everywhere showed up. Too much Cop-attention finally killed it. This photo of the partysite was hanging in the Portland Outsiders Clubhouse. I loved it and told longtime member Goose how cool a picture I thought it was. Despite the sickles it reminded me of those old illustrations from some ancient bible or something. The photo just grabbed me. Goose remembered and when he was here for a visit he gave me this picture as a present.

I bought a shovelhead in october 2 miles away from that stonehenge.
how come they dont do this anymore now?, why not liven the tradition up again, but with controled environment, great place to party!
At first glance, I thought it was an old etching/illustration like were done of the pyramids and ancient temples. Fantastic piece of biker history!
Back then the Outsiders, Brother Speed, and Free Souls had the best looking choppers in Oregon and Idaho. Those parties are legends, stories are still told about them.
