Dutch Guys somewhere on the road. I think it was 1990. Me and my buddy Schweik were traveling the States on two Shovelheads. We picked the bikes up in Wisconsin and rode them to Sturgis for the 50th anniversary. We then moved on towards the west coast, meeting people and making friends while doing so. From Washington we went south on 101 to Los Angeles and from there we went to Las Vegas. From Vegas to Nashville and from there back to Racine. We were riding with Wisconsin plates. 'You guys all the way from wisconsin'? people would ask. 'Yep, we're from Wiscaaaaunsin allright, cheese smuglers is what we are!' We had one hell of a good time and most friends we made back then are still our friends.
