I have always kept my eye open for a church to move the shop into...With the economy the way it is, CoC just might find an alter someday.....This one came up on craigslist today....1500.00/month...We could smoke in the bell tower.....Donations?...

I used to spend that much on subscriptions + mags off the rack.
Now I simply go to Church.

I'd go $10 or so...call it a tithe.
Down here in Texas they have Cowboy Churches. They have a pastor and all that but also stables and a horse ring bull riding and and other cowboy fun. Since it's a "church" no taxes. Work the system.
I thought you were going to buy Pleasanton, Iowa, and make Dougie the Sheriff.
Missouri Valley, Iowa had one for sale last I saw. Right off Hwy 183.
