What do you do with leftover Korean food? You eat it, fool!
Take your day old rice, straight from the pot:
Take some leftover meat, chop it up, and heat it up. In this case, a little kalbi and a little bulgogi. Good shit!:
Then, take some leftover vegetables. Actually, if your Korean, you should always have this in the fridge, or shame will fall upon you. In this case, some lobok (radish) kimchee, some nice pungent 3 week old kimchee, some sweet new kimchee, and some bean sprouts:
Now, you take some red pepper paste for a nice extra kick, and some sesame oil to lube everything up. And, mix:
Enjoy! The Chinese make fried rice with their leftovers. The Koreans make BIBIMBAP. Better have some breath mints if you're eating with your chick:
If you're hardcore, old world, hangook saram, throw in a raw egg too. Me, I grew up in America. Besides, the eggs here come from Mexico. Say what you want but I ain't eating no rusty foot cheese corn on the cob and I sure as hell ain't eating no salmonella fortified eggs from south of the border. It's bad enough that I'm friends with Hose-a.

I fucking love bibimbap (egg on top for me though). It's no Korean BBQ, but almost.
I'm new here, but dude, you must be from HI right?

Good shit yo! I should make a post about Budaechigae for ya for what else to do with the leftovers and some Ramyon.
My favorite thing is to wake up with a splitting hangover from drinking after riding the chopper to anywhere here in the land of Kim chi and just eat rice and eggs with a little soy sauce, Poop and get back on the roads
Nuthin' like a little half-rotten cabbage to put a smile on my face!
