This is the local truck I hit up by my work at the Steel Mill & Fabrication Shop. I usually get the tacos or super burrito for $5.00.
They fry the carnitas and it is the most authentic according to my wifes grandma who came over in the late 40's to Madera before finally settling in Vallejo, California:

They are cool there...they will give you a bag of chips "IF" you ask and usually won't chrge you..same with a slice or two of avacado..but they will charge for cheese or beans extra...overall 3.5to 4 stars out of all the trucks around
