Becky Wismer, daughter of Jim Wismer (the retired former owner of H-D of Westminster), had let me borrow a few photos and memorabilia to share with us at COC. When I came across this postcard, for a second I thought it was another reproduction post card from the early 60's considering the excellent condition of it...

Harley Davidson income is down 58 percent over last quarter. They're doing some massive cutbacks in an effort to save the company.
Far as I've been told (and read in the news), H-D has closed one of two manufacturing facilities in Milwaukee. They moved most of their newer equipment into their remaining facility in Milwaukee. Their other two plants (York PA and maybe Kansas?) are still open even after major lay-offs.
