That's a copy of a Melobar ( http://www.melobar.com/ ), basically a lap steel made to be played standing up. I've seen Melobars in that shape with either "Skreemer" or "Sidewinder" for model names. Can't stump me with guitars, I'm a geek.
Is the Sidewinder or Skreemer wireless and have a choas pad?

I dig the pad, and the multiple tuning bridge he added, that stuff is neat. Not so into the wireless.
