Stephan on his GSXR. When I first met English bikers they were riding big fast Japanese fours mounted in short lightweight hardtail frames like this. Cheap and easy to built, minimalistic but with brakes, wheels and tires from a racer. I like 'm!

No kidding. I gave a stack of AWOL away to a friend that lost his mind to meth. Now they're both gone, wah.

That bike is tough as nails.

Don't forget forks, I think that's how alot of those rigid metric-based homebuilts start, in the front end. You can get some cheap, crashed, modern shit for what you want to build that way.
