Always a huge fav of mine.... this one is cool, simple and I love sporty tanks on em.. and yers looks good with the tanks on it Nels.. huumm maybe a narrow set of fat bobs.. thing needs good calipers and it would be a contender..
I hate the Ness side covers...no side covers work best. That what will be happening to mine. I like the Sporty tank, and by the time you widen it to fit over the back bone, it may hold a decent amount of gas.

notwithstanding, the cheesy ness sidecovers, i'd say this is a contender
I really, really dig XL tanks on FXR's but as a commuter... I'd say 'no thanks'.
Maybe when I get old I'll buy a Road Glide and put an XL tank on my FXR.
