seems kinda funny that on the cover it's engrish but on the inside it's japan knees.
It's actually pretty simple; Japanese can read both Japanese and English, most Americans can only read English.
The demand for this magazine in the states is quite high, so it makes perfect sense to market towards the most common language for motorcycles, English. Both countries can read the cover.
