Creme De La Crepe - Long Beach, CA

Bonjour! Near the corner of 1st and Elm St. in Long Beach's East Village Arts District is this spot: Creme De La Crepe. We happen to be near by on foot so we gave this place a shot.
The menu looked good. Sandwiches, salads, quiche, pastas and of course crepes.
Since we usually get our fill of everything else, we decided on splitting a quiche and a crepe. More often than not, I like getting the unusual items on the menu. I want something different from what I can get everyday.
But the quiche du jour didn't sound too appetizing, it had salmon or something it in. I like salmon, I ate it twice last week. But I was not in the mood for fishy quiche so I ordered the tame Vegetable Quiche. Mushroom, spinach and potato:
For a crepe, we ordered the Normandie; goat cheese, spinach, prosciutto, grilled onion and sour cream:
It had a good flavor. I'm down with goat cheese... I'm even down with eating goat, oui oui.
Here's our waiter. For a second I thought he was fucking with me because of his French accent. I figured out later that he was indeed French.
I don't like chain restaurants (this place has 5 locations) but I'd totally eat here again. If you're ever in the Long Beach area, I'd suggest checking it out. Plus, chicks love this type of eats!
