Get 'em while they're hot.
From Dean at Superbikeplanet.com...
Regardless of brand, right now is an epic time to buy a new bike. Especially in terms of securing perhaps the lowest price possible.

Prices that would have gotten you thrown out of an OEM shop just a few years ago are now accepted at many dealers as they try to move units in a difficult economy.
Moreover, the unfortunate closure of the Buell brand by Harley-Davidson has seemingly created a fire-sale at some dealerships.
The latest fire sale pricing? Buell 1125s for around $6000--or less.

If you're doing any silent thanks today, you might want to add that you don't own a Buell motorcycle that you're trying to sell on the used market at the moment. Because, at least in the short term, it's in danger of being eviscerated.
Reportedly, in an effort to sell all models still on the floor, Harley-Davidson is paying Buell dealers $5000 for every Buell they sell in the near future.
