Spring Ragout Over Potato Gnocchi

Dinner:

Potato gnocchi, asparagus, fava beans, parmesan cheese and thick creamy goodness.

And the appetizer was baked egg with spinach and cream. Fresh eggs from our chickens and spinach from the farmer's market.

You can have hens in LB city limits?
Fuck, I live in farm central and we cant even have chickens in town.
You know the old nickname for Long Beach was 'Iowa by the Sea'?

Hens only within Los Angeles County/Long Beach city limits, there are some rules though. We keep ours at the community garden 2 blocks away. Fresh eggs is off the hook.

And yes, when Long Beach was Willmore City it was nicknamed 'Iowa By The Sea'. Before that, it was called American Colonies with farmland owned mostly by Japanese!

Freakin A Dude! You are awesome! I hope that when I finish school I have as much inspiration to do the things I want to do. School's just about sucked the soul out of me.

You know, Wikipedia is an elaborate communist disinformation conspiracy, sprinkled with just enough truth to make the pill go down, right?
