Magazine cut-offs can be both a blessing and a curse. That isn't a 3" shell is it?
Mags or Super Mags will do that... is it a 2 3\4" gun? Hard to beat a Remington for that reason right there. Ive had Mossbergs do that too. Pull back the slide rackin a few off and it empties the mag.
