new intake manifold. Joel and I found we were
having some reoccurring manifold leaks due to
the spread of the cylinders (thermal expansion).
It was also a real pain to fix with the old manifold
design. This one is a non-symmetrical slip
fit in multiple pieces.

Wasn't this bike in Iron Horse back in '96 or something..? It's an FXR right?
Great to see that bike is still going! Truly one of a kind.
I thought this bike would inspire a flood of neon copy cats .Glad it didnt ! these guys made me proud to be arider of astriped down dirty fxr .nobody around here gets it. but at least Iknow somebody does. tom's fxr in IH was the firs t besides myown Iever liked.
