I saw the post for the best tacos and had to snap a pic of the hidden jewel here in Santa Barbara Ca.  The joint is called Lilly's and they don't mess around... Tocos are the only thing on the menu, all traditionally prepared $1.40 each.  They rotate through a couple different meats, but you can always expect to find Asada (beef) Adobada (pork) Maciza (Steamed Beef) Cabeza (Head) Labio (lip) Lenguas (tongue) Cachete (cheek)  Ojo (eye). 

Best damned tacos in SB, next time you are our way stop in and check them out, you won't be disappointed.
