1. Catch or have friends catch trout
2. Clean or have friends clean trout
3. Season with fresh herbs and freshly ground salt and pepper
4. Place seasoned fish on soaked cedar shingles (untreated)
5. Grill over charcoal (fuck propane) for 12-15 minutes
6. Enjoy
