for whatever reason..besides morbid curiosity, I can never get enough coverage of that day. I still feel the same anger, sadness and frustration today as I did back then. Seeing the news clips over and over seem to make it movie like to me and for a short time I believe it was just that, a movie. but then reality sets in. Deepest sympathy to the family and friends of the 2900+ souls lost that day.
Working on the ventelation building for the holland tunnel at the time,out on the pier,corner of west st. and canal.I worked on the south tower,in the early eighties,on the courtland st. staion.I will never forget that day!And those buildings, I broke my construction cherry there,But I will push through this day like every other,or they fucking win,and I will cry when no one is looking....

I just dropped my wife off at the airport this morning. Crazy.
