I was in grade school with a kid who got wrapped up in a pto shaft for a bailer. It wound him up from his finger tips to his armpit and brake his arm every few inches the whole way up. His hand was so mangled they couldn't even find his thumb, so the doctors cut off his big toe and sewed on there instead.
