Its a Bimota, but not sure if the frame is an original z1... but if it is a bimota frame it would be called KB1. Tank and bodywork is bimota of course!
I just googled a bit, seems like it's the original chassis, maybe modified a little bit and parts from the hb1. sure as hell looks cool, although I really like the original tank and rear.

Yeah I guessed it didn't look like a Bimota frame, but I wasn't sure - it's a picture taken at a Swedish rally in '77, an that is indeed a sweet bike!
