Micro, not being pushy, I endorse Cenobike's comment on the post of a day ago, your articulate, well formed argument would at least stand a chance of being published in the SH, especially given your credentials. God knows mate, the public deserve to read something of the kind from the 'other side'.
Hang on a minute, maybe the cops are right, just followed the final link and they found a pen gun and, wait for it, a starter's pistol . . . now we can't have that sort of thing just floating around, next they'll be finding slug guns and slingshots !!!
