White Horse is much more controlled chaos on the 3rd these years gone by. Streets in are closed off early and vehicles looked over. Shortly before midnight the mounted police sweep the beach to clear everyone out.
Used to hit up White Horse every year. It was wild up until 6 or 7 years ago. Love hanging out in Plymouth. Haven't been in years.
