Have a few awful weeks behind me concerning work and some personal issues. All looks to be settled and can be left behind.

Yesterday I was skateboarding and all of a sudden a best-trick contest broke out.

Another skatecontest

Last weekend we organised another skatecontest,. I was one of the judges, which suits me far better than competing.

Melton Skate Park ... 1985

Don't know when it closed down - but through '85 we used to hop on the country train to Melton - jump the fence and skate. What i remember was that the Half pipe had no flat - super tight transition and about 4ft of rough concrete vert. This is my little brother, 12 years old at the time, jumping out of  the keystone bowl (was lumpy as fuck) ...
