Almost 62 years ago...
2nd Gran Prix of the "Paulista" Championship of 1949. Race held at a street circuit in the city of Santos. Winner of the 500cc was #46 Edgard Soares riding a Norton. Article on the Nov/Dec 1949 issue of the magazine written by Wilson Fittipaldi, father of 2x F1 World Champion, Emerson Fittipaldi.

Found these pics on FB...Cigano and his son Ciganinho are not only a family that raced bikes all their lives but also GREAT painters in Sao Paulo. I had the pleasure to meet, hang around at the track and had many helmets painted by Ciganinho. Lots of national titles but most of all great people.
By the look of those TZs that's probably early 70s.
