There's this kid named Jonathan who lives on my street. He's 17 and rides this minibike to work. He works about 5 or 6 miles away and cuts through all the side streets he can. He gets pulled over once in a while but he's got it covered.




He found out that anything motorized that goes under 20MPH just needs a bicycle helmet and some lights to ride on city streets. No proof of insurance or drivers license needed. He carries the print out of that law which he found on the California DMV website.







He's getting his driver's license on Wednesday and is looking to buy an old truck thats easy to fix and haul his dirt bike. Got something for Jonathan? Under a grand?
