That stuff is simply amazing. Try it on mac and cheese, ramen, anything really.

righteous flames indeed, but I got a sweet tooth for the "garlic-chili" version. Same flamin' asshole but with an appropriate amount of the vampire-slayin' aromatics. Yeeyoww............ gotta have plenty of ice-cold Tecate around when yer suckin on this stuff!!!

My favorite shit: Cook up some ramen or pad thai noodles, boil up some chicken and chop it up, pour the broth in a bowl with the noodles and chopped up chicken meat, squirt the Sriracha all over it. Mack out!

I've been eating that stuff for about 15 years now. Holy crap, I can't believe that's true. They used to make Tia Chiu Sate which was the best hot sauce ever, don't know why they stopped.

Whip it up in your scrambled eggs with a little Johnny's Seasoning Salt.

We call it Rooster Juice, I have a case of that stuff in my house at anygiven time. When your wife is Lao it and 5 different other pepper sauces go in just about everything she cooks. Rooster Juice is the tame stuff compared to everything else.
