Found these pics on FB...Cigano and his son Ciganinho are not only a family that raced bikes all their lives but also GREAT painters in Sao Paulo. I had the pleasure to meet, hang around at the track and had many helmets painted by Ciganinho. Lots of national titles but most of all great people.
By the look of those TZs that's probably early 70s.
