In Cedar City we found a great mom & pop restaurant that had Chicken Breast stuff with Chorizo on the menu. I'm half Mexican and I had never heard of such a thing. I had to go for it and it RULED! Down the road was the Super 7 Motel. Rooms were only $ 35 a night! Because of the low rate and my decision to eat Chorizo at 10:00 pm we all got our own rooms.
