...And ladies and gentlemen, the homeboy you love to hate:
Geno DiPol and his old ironhead from way back when! He was 21 years old, full of gusto (and still is). This bike was also built and painted by Geno.
I'd love to ride this thing around now!

Ever Leave The House A Man And Come Back A Monkey?
(photos by Mike Jefferies)
Last year at Corsa Motoclassica Gary took a few laps during practice on Friday.
Congratulations Gary! You have bigger balls than I.
Spotted this Buell when we were in Yokohama for Cool Breaker.
You've probably noticed that Buells (like all other used motorcycles) are getting a little cheaper these days. "Real estate crisis" is making things good for people in the used bike market.
I'd love to get another bike for commuting but I just can't figure out what the fuck I want anymore. It definitely doesn't need to be H-D powered, I actually prefer it not to be. Maybe I'm just all talk. Another year will go by and I'll still be riding my FXR to work.
Sure does look like fun when the Hypermotard-commuter-guy passes me while splitting lanes going at least 90-95mph (figured so cause I'm usually cruising around at 80). I don't even try to fuck with that guy. You can just tell when someone's in their groove; he is and he always waves "hi". I'd get smoked.

This was from a couple of years ago at one of the many events help at the Ventura Fairgrounds in Ventura, CA. Its always nice weather up there, with a nice ocean breeze.
Ventura County is just about 80 something miles northwest of Long Beach. Cool little jaunt to ride a motorcycle up there, check some shit out and bail. Its kind of a pain to get outta L.A sometimes. You gotta ride for at least an hour (in any direction) to get to some slightly more open roads. Fuck it, I ain't really complaining though.

That's George Smith Jr. on the left (father of Brett Smith, who is now the president of the company) and Floyd Baker (S&S' first employee) with the Tramp. This bike had set numerous land speed records and was also a test bed for their streamliner.
