Check the detail, though - looks like a centerstand that mates to some kind of pin on the fender, and held up with a leather strap on the saddlebags. and it sort of looks like the fishtails were made to fit inside the stand when its upright. Last time I changed a tire I wondered why Harley hadn't been able to come up with a decent centerstand in 100 years. Looks like they did and hoped nobody cared when they went away. Or they knew everyone would have cel phones in the future. I noticed a Mochi panhead (I think) photo above, with a centerstand, but it's not being used. Very puzzling. Zen lesson, maybe?
