Today's Sunday Off Topic post is in response to last weekend's taco post. This one submitted by Aaron Fisher in Madison, WI:




I loved the taco post so I took some pics at one of my favorite places to have tacos in town here - my shop.
I let the meat marinate for about 24 hours before I grill it and make the salsa from scratch by mashing the chilis with a coke bottle. Chopped onion, cilantro, lime go on with the salsa.
I learned mostly by eating lots of tacos throughout Mexico, and with a little recipe help from my neighbor who's from Zacatecas.





Here's another one submitted by CantStayJose. Dustin and Jose flew to Des Moines just to party for the weekend and surprise Jeff. Here's Jose's encounter with one of the Mexican restaurants DSM had to offer: the asada was ok but they put flavor stuff on it and chop the meat up small. The Caldo de Res wasn't too bad.
