I originally posted this up on here around 11/2007. Just to give you an idea of how man-style Jim Wismer is:
I'm proud to say that I got to work for Jim Wismer, former owner of Harley-Davidson of Westminster, CA. To this day he is a true gearhead and former 1/4 mile racer, baja and anything he could do going fast on a motorcycle. I consider him the last true gearhead "mom & pop" H-D shop owner in Southern CA. Not just out to make a buck, this guy really loves H-D motorcycles.
Dig the photo! A drag bike he was running and built around 40 years ago. Legend has it that he had dipped into the high-10's with this bike "Stormy Weather". Jim had once described to me "yup, yup, back when men were MEN! What was it like to ride that bike you say? Well you ever shot an arrow with no feathers? There was no telling which way it was going to go!"

We only recently got rid of that jacket. We still have that vest somewhere.
