having a motorcycle doesnt make you tough. any dork can do that. slamming on the cement, bleeding & breaking bones and getting up to go do it over and over again with a smile on your face does. skating is fucking rad.
Its perception. Both have gone from being "cool" to "uncool" and back to "cool" again. Though the objects haven't really changed at all... we have. They remain a couple of wheels and a place for a rider. We remain trying to figure out what the next "cool" thing will be. Usually its the haters that are first in line.
