It's CJ Allan's work, and I'm pretty sure that the nosecone belongs to Tony Moore, Pat Leahy's son-in-law. That's an "M" entwined in the flames.
Fuck, I spelled Tony's last name wrong...it's Mohr. Fingers moving faster than mind is...
