Twin Cam FXR FEVER

Now I'm going to tell you about somebody I have no clue about. Maybe he wants to be kept anonymous, I dunno, but he was in a hurry to catch up with his friends so we didn't want to hold him up. Never got his name or anything. I actually shot most of these photos on the way into the Mooneyes Show in Irwindale this past weekend. Caught the shot of him with his bike on our way out actually.

What's the big deal... just another FXR, right? No, not really.
Homeboy had a TwinCam in his stock FXR frame and by the looks of it (with the S.E heads), I would guess the engine to be in the 95" to 103" range. Crystal ball says gear drive cams too, but my visions have been a little hazy as of late.
He even had the bagger transmission and linked up. Like I had mentioned before, this puts the oil tank under the tranny. He had the plate the block off the stock "oil tank area" under the seat. All nice, tidy, up-to-date and modern. Especially if you got the strong connects at your local H-D dealer, projects like this Twin Cam FXR could come together pretty smooth without breaking the bank.
Rear shocks mostly likely off of an FXDX. Inverted front end too.
Good job, mystery guy! I'd like to test ride this bike.
I'm sure soooomebody will recognize the dude.
